「Pool areas and lazy river are great」

「Loved the room. It was clean and cozy. I would not recommend for 4 adults for a long stay but it was cozy for our family. The room had everything we needed and the beds were cloud like. The bathroom was nice and even had a few things to use since we forgot our makeup remover. The hotel however was lacking. 「This was by far the worst all inclusive I've ever booked. They say top shelf but no it wasn't and if you asked for Hornitos you had to pay?!? No one spoke good English so communication was bad. 「Rented this room for my daughter and a couple friends for her birthday. They said everything was wonderful and they really enjoyed themselves. The Host was extremely helpful and accommodating.」

「Our stay was perfect. The view was spectacular and the condo was plenty spacious. The communication with the host was also flawless. We would definitely come back.」

「The room was just ok. The beach view was nice if you look past the damaged pool area. 2 of 4 pools are now open which was great.」

「Hotel staff was incredibly helpful. Property was conveniently located and easy to find.」
