「The customer service was horrible, we stay at this location anytime we are in town and I dont think that will be occurring again. The staff member that checked us in didn't even look at us, he was rude and unfriendly. The rooms need to be updated, although we had issues with the AC working the maintenance person fixed it promptly. The pool area is amazing, although the pool was quite cloudy on this stay. The valet staff are amazing and always helpful and kind. The ocean front rooms are peaceful...
