「We like the pool and the convenience for cruising. We flew in the night before and swam in the pool. There were no swim towels so I went to the front desk and asked for some. Waited 20 minutes went back to the front desk, asked again. Waited 20 more minutes, still no towels. Went to the room to use the room towels. 「So I had a problem and they were able to resolve it however, I wasn’t there long enough to enjoy the amenities such as the pool or the restaurants due to being a short distance of time, but they were very good with communicating and resolving my issue of my problem. Everything looks very clean. Everything looked very nice. I just wish I had more time to enjoy it.」

「The valet was great! We were slightly disappointed that the onsite coffee shop was only open for limited hours. Additionally, when we walked down for assistance at concierge, we did not have the best experience with the front desk staff. Be prepared, if you want to find seats at any of the pools, you will need to get in line early. Overall, the view was exceptional and it was convenient to shopping.」
