「So I had a problem and they were able to resolve it however, I wasn’t there long enough to enjoy the amenities such as the pool or the restaurants due to being a short distance of time, but they were very good with communicating and resolving my issue of my problem. Everything looks very clean. Everything looked very nice. I just wish I had more time to enjoy it.」

「The valet was great! We were slightly disappointed that the onsite coffee shop was only open for limited hours. Additionally, when we walked down for assistance at concierge, we did not have the best experience with the front desk staff. Be prepared, if you want to find seats at any of the pools, you will need to get in line early. Overall, the view was exceptional and it was convenient to shopping.」

「The property's outlook was great. However, we were disappointed of 2 major things: we requested a room overlooking the beach. The room we got was overlooking the streets. When brought it up to the front desk's attention(the same clerk who checked us in) said because we booked from a 3rd party, they're too full to accommodate our request. Secondly, the shower tub in our room was so outdated, that it had mildew like stain all around it. Perhaps it's because we booked our room using a third party...
