“Great hotel, very friendly staff”

“The pictures online made the pool area look much nicer and bigger than it was in person. The pool was nowhere near as large as I expected, there were I'd guess 50 people in the pool, so there wasn't much open space remaining. People in the pool were saving chairs they were not using, leaving no open chairs to sit on, and the music was far too loud. I have lived in various apartments for years, so I am used to some noise from the neighbors, but the music paired with people talking extra loud to……

Had to ask the girl to speak up several times cause she was soft spoken and couldn’t understand her. Valet was great service though. Room wasn’t ready for almost 2 hours later than their policy check in time- which if you checked out late they will charge YOU. We had a graduation to get ready for so that put us in a panic. They supposedly upgraded our room due to the inconvenience but……
