「From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the host. Lovely unique property that felt like you were staying in someone's home rather than a B&B. Very comfortable room and the highlight of our stay was definitely breakfast. Our kids loved cooking their own pancakes at the table. Property very close to the beach and all the amenities in New Smyrna Beach with the bonus of on site parking. Thank you for such an amazing stay. Would definitely recommend Inn on the Avenue.」

We had two rooms: one for sleeping and the other a living room with an L shaped sofa. The rooms were well appointed and spacious. 「The hotel had a strange smell. The staff was completely unprofessional. And they overcharged for things that I was supposed to get for free like. They put all these extra charges on my credit card for one day. The total charge for one day stay 164.00 as agreed. I noticed on credit card I have a charges totalling $334 and I left the room super clean. I don’t understand why they didn’t follow the agreement we had initially made for the one day stay.」
