The grout in the bathroom floor tiles and entryway need a thorough cleaning and the carpet need cleaning or replaced. The overall decor is nice but the sofa is worn and need an upgrade. The staff was friendly and helpful. The landscape is beautiful and the amenities are excellent. Overall very nice resort.

It was a beautiful hotel. The experience satisfied all our expectations. The night life at the lobby with the dj was a lot of fun and the bar. The staff at the restaurants were super patient and kind. And the housekeeper was super nice and kind as well, we stayed at building 35 on the last floor and he was very polite.

My stay was exceptional from start to finish. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed with comfortable beds modern bathrooms and a balcony that offered beautiful views. Property was nice, Room was clean. Loggerhead restaurant was the worse service we have ever had.. we ordered.. 1.5 hrs later we got our food after explaining to waiter was "HANGRY" means. Do not eat there !!

I know its convenient to have 5 restaurant, but food is not worth staying for.. go out and explore the town..Coffee shop is ridiculous, they don't open until 7am, and all the employees work on 1 order instead of someone taking the order and someone else works on it so more orders can be taken.. very inefficient.

Resort was beautiful. Great pools, lazy river and slide ( but all pools should be heated). Pool sauce food was not god. Did not try the other restaurants. Room walls are paper thin. You can hear everyone’s conversations. Front desk very helpful. Would stay again.
