「The pools were nice. We were in the South Tower which was a long walk to main pool. We did not like that you needed to go through the parking garage anytime you want to go somewhere on the property. We stayed in a 3 bed, 4 bath luxury suite. Very spacious but the unit needed some updating. Dishwasher blade appeared to be broken so we didn’t even try to use. Oven door was hard to open. Ice maker was frozen over and we fixed ourselves. The property was beautiful, beach was nice. We all had a great...

「The pull out mattress had brown stains all over it. The first night I called and asked for a mattress topper. After 2hrs of waiting I finally gave up and went to bed. The second night was the same. We waited so long we just went to bed. The third night they brought 4 comforter's instead. I spent a decent amount of money to surprise my son and wife with a great trip. I'm embarrassed the service was so terrible towards us. 」
