「Perfect size for a couple or small family! Stocked very well with anything you might need, coffee, tea, spices and condiments, including fresh baked chocolate chip cookies upon arrival. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Close to the historical area of St Augustine with lots to see and do. Great place to return to after a long day of sightseeing. We would definitely stay again when in this area and would highly recommend to friends and family. 」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is conveniently located in walking distance to shops and restaurants. It is well maintained and is accurately described on the VRBO website. The property owner, Jerry, was extremely helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed during our visit. We highly recommend this property to anyone planning a visit to Rosemary Beach.」

「Great location and had everything we needed for our stay. Right in the middle of things, with easy access to the trolly, a short drive to the historic district, and shopping. Off street dedicated parking was wonderful.」

「This was the perfect location for us. It was close to the downtown area but also close to some great local spots. Having the pool access was a highlight to help us unwind in between exploring. When we ran into the host they were friendly and gave some great food recommendations. We loved staying here and will definitely be back! 」

「We just stayed at the Little Red Cottage for the second time, and somehow it was even better than the first. The space is the perfect size for me, my wife, and our pup, Patchouli. It was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with all the little conveniences that make a stay easier. The bed was super comfortable, and the shady patio was a great spot to relax and people-watch.The location couldn’t be better...walkable to food, drinks, shopping, and everything the historic district has to offer....
