“⭐⭐⭐ 3/5 – Misleading Listing Photos & Thermostat Issues We stayed here this weekend while in Gainesville for a soccer game. The apartment itself was clean and generally fine for a short stay, but there were two significant issues that need to be addressed. First, the listing is misleading. The primary photo shows a brand-new, modern six-story luxury building. That image strongly influenced my decision to book, as it gave the clear impression that we would be staying in a newly built upscale……

“Peeling paint, ferral cats on stairs, no washcloths. Dead cockroaches on the floor.Looks ok from afar but not great on closer inspection. Close to hospital is reason i took this. Revommend find something else.”
