「Stayed for July 4th weekend.
Comments below on items important to me.
Beach view was great.
AC worked great.
Access to beach was easy
Bed was comfortable, although it had the wrong size sheet for this bed.
Staff was friendly.
Very easy to change out used towels.
Room was clean.

「Overall, the property itself is very nice. The pool area was beautiful and clean. But our room itself was not. There were unsettling stains on the upholstery of the bed. And the pullout couch bed had urine stains on it. I had to go out and purchase an air mattress for my children to sleep. The living room rug was filth. Overall, the room just didn’t have that beach vacation getaway vibe. But I think with a little makeover, it would’ve been perfect! Also, the walls are quite thin. Our neighbors...

「Our stay was a nightmare from the moment we arrived. The sofa bed was covered in sand and dirt, and when we pulled it out, we found blood on the mattress cover. It was absolutely disgusting and made us question whether anything had been properly cleaned.
My son was bitten all over by what appeared to be insects during our stay. I was so concerned about the cleanliness that I went to Target and bought our own sheets because I did not feel comfortable sleeping on the ones provided. I have photos...

「The unit 6888 in Bayside was very outdated. The faucets did not fit in the sink, there was no full size fridge, no dishwasher, the Ned was very uncomfortable, the chairs in the dining area were missing cushions, the AC did not work well in both rooms at the same time, a shower has awkwardly been placed in a huge tub. There were no modern outlets, the kitchen had outdated appliances, the list goes on... It was apparent the owner had absolutely no concern for customers and was focused on money...
