"They have a $50 deposit in Addition to the room charge. We were told it wouldn’t be charged if room left ok but we were charged and it took a couple days to return it to us. Breakfast was kind of sparse. I wouldn’t stay there again. "

"I had a wonderful stay at the rental. The property was clean and inviting. The back sunroom with the view of Lake Rouseau was a treat. Very relaxing with amazing sunsets. It was a great place to stay to further explore Crystal River and beyond. The check-in process was seamless, and Amy was very helpful and responsive. It was a great place to stay!"

"This is a unique quaint place to stay. I loved all of the recreation available, and the Outdoor shower was a treat. Just want to mention we had 5 adults stay in this space and it was cramped, there are no doors and no where to put your belongings, not a dresser or a closet to be found. There was rumor of an alligator that we never saw. We had dolphins come visit every morning. We did use the kayaks to go see Three Sister Springs, which is breath taking. I would stay there again with a smaller group that would enjoy the adventure."

"This home is beautiful and so well equipped. Everything was clean. The beds are comfortable and the host was always quick to respond to any questions that I had. My kids loved swimming in the mini spa and fishing out on the dock. The lake is so beautiful. It was fun watching the birds from the windows too. The sunsets and sunrises were gorgeous and the home is very close to rainbow springs State Park with lots of nature trails. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home. We made some great family memories. "

"Terrible. Ended up spending another $1,600 last minute to stay elsewhere. This is not an air bnb or anything similar. It’s is one child size bedroom in a rude old lady’s house. It is intentional false advertising. The “shared bathroom” clause is supposed to have you assume you will be sharing the place with the elderly woman that lives there and whatever guests she has in another room. She called us that day and corrected our grammar and was very rude. Upon arrival, we walked past a living area with white boards everywhere stating rules and what you can and can’t do, stepped over her aggressive dog’s pee pee pads, and were shown to a room with just a few inches of space to move around the bed. The woman claimed we were supposed to infer from the “shared bathroom” clause that we should have known better and to just ignore the strangers coming and going from the other room. Proceeded to be rude and we ended up having to drive nearly 20 mins to Crystal River where it was supposed to be located and get a hotel. "

"Very large, clean house, stocked with everything you could possibly think of needing!!! Easy fast communication with Host. Very family friendly and has lots of games for the kiddos to stay busy. Definitely would stay again if in the area. "
