「Place was clean but the ac unit was very loud and the bathroom smelled like there was a sewer problem」

「We booked this hotel for a concert in Gainesville. When we arrived, there was five couples standing outside waiting to register. All of us needed to get to the concert in order to find parking before got too late. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for one couple to be processed. The gentleman who worked there was very nice, but was working with extremely limited resources. I think he did the best he could, but the rooms were substandard, dirty, and we didn’t get our room till 1:30 in the morning....

「It was a lovely place to visit great check-in/Check-out experience.The staff was amazing and pleasant to meet and talk to as well as accommodating with any questions I had.The room was nice and furnished and was cold which was nice and the bed was comfortable to sleep in after a long day of driving.10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting Gainesville and would stay again when visiting.」

I was first assigned Room 117, and the moment I walked in, there was a strong musty odor. When I checked the bedsheets, they were filthy—covered in stains and small bugs.
