Maybe I had more in mind for a “boutique hotel.” The location is good, in the historic district, but that comes with early a.m. street noise. The bedroom is 10’ x 10’ (as advertised) so there’s just no extra room to move around. The exterior must still be under improvement from prior storms as it looked rough. We wanted breakfast and replied as such via email the day before arrival. Yet, on arrival, the person checking us in said we “weren’t in the system” so that was that…no breakfast for us.

The only thing good about this place is the website, the property is nothing like what you see online. Manager unhelpful. Showed up no one was there. Grossly mis represented.

It was NOT as advertised , Our tv did not work , the ceiling fan did not work , there was no thermostat control in room so the room was VERY HOT (good thing we brought a fan with us).the parking was VERY tight . The only good thing I could say about property is the location. I don’t think we will stay there again .

STAY AWAY.. NOT SAFE!!!! Upon arrival, there was no check in. There was a paper taped to the door stating to do next door. I made several calls Ana no one answered . I walked towards the back and a lady came out asked for my name in went inside to come out again athe entrance to the BB is on the back full of overgrown weeds. The back door leading to the hallway-room can not be locked. We felt unsafe as anyone could come in. The doors to the room are not as wide as the opening so you can hear/ see anyone passing . The room was not as described in the website. When I asked. It was not the same room. I was told “we are renovating” but it seem like an old room with Amazon tiny nightstand and no dresser. We were barely able to walk around the I’m with the luggage in the way. The bathroom was good and great towels but it was dirty around the window and sink. The balcony faces a right small parking area and a “storage that seemed like a mini junkyard “ . The table in the balcony was all cracked as it was dated. We did not feel safe as anyone could have walked into our hallway. Location was great but filled with BB every had well. If we had an issue, there was no one to contact as the “checkin person” leaves early afternoon . PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY. We lost 364.00 for a one night.

Pictures online do not match the actual property. They must be AI generated. This is a bed and breakfast. There was no breakfast no continental breakfast no milk or cream for coffee. Nothing it says pay when you leave pay property. There was no one around in the morning there was no one around when I checked in until some woman came out of the backyard to show me to my room never saw another person at that property. I paid for a king room I had a queen size bed everything about this place was false advertisement for $350 a night. I could've stated the Hilton on Main Street for half the price I have videos and I have pictures to prove that what they have posted is not what this place looks like and the fact that it was a bed-and-breakfast and there was no breakfast is a joke and I refuse to have to pay $350 for what I got. I already contacted Expedia and basically they were like well too bad we can give you $50 in one K but it is a private property so you would have to take it up with them. I also took out insurance so I guess I will have to call the insurance company to see if I can get any refund. This was a gross unattractive horrible experience.

This hotel was miss represented. The pictures and the advertising statements were not true to the present property. The buildings are rundown and the grounds have not been kept up. Parts of the hotels are cleaned out and are being renovated. The parking area is terrible. We did not eat the breakfast which was an extra charge. Totally over priced for the rooms and amenities. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Bad experiance.

I was disappointed, first of all there was no front desk, no breakfast oddly enough for a bed and breakfast, not even coffee. Limited staff although the lady overseeing the property was very nice and would offer water and towels . The room was very small.
