“We booked for a king ended up in double bed and we were not told about the change I am demanding a refund”

“I have been a Bonvoy member for years and this was booked as a work trip. This was my first time at The Renaissance Andi expected so much more!!! Normally when I walk into a Marriott room the TV is on, the lights are on and the room is cool. I walked into a dark, hot room that smelled like wet dog! The bathroom was not clean and the sink had sand caked in it. The comforter on the bed was lumpy-just disappointed! I tried ordering room service Thursday night, Friday morning and Friday night-no one……

“The wonderful Marriott "signature scent" was throughout the hallways, but the room itself stunk of human body. Had to ask that the room be serviced across a multi-day stay. Valet did not offer to help get luggage out of car. Eat breakfast elsewhere..$50 and sad”

“Condo was very large. Bedding was great. Trek to the beach was a rough experience over the dunes. This could be very rough for some. Entry hallway had cracked tile and doors were missing from laundry. Kitchen and dining room light didn’t work. Pools were very nice and clean. Beach towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were supplied. Location was close to everything. Great spot.”

“This was a great place to stay. The host was easy to contact upon arrival and everything was there as was stated. The bed is a sleep number bed, which was better than many hotel beds we’ve slept in. My biggest complaint is that the A/C is governed to only go down to 70 degrees. When it’s still 80 degrees at night and the humidity is 90%, 70 doesn’t really cut it very well, I wound have liked it to at least go down to 68. Most of the condo was very clean but the washer/dryer was not. My husband……
