Jacksonville Victoria Park Hotels

"Definitely overpriced for the condition of the rooms. Our room had marks and stains on the walls and floors. (Many of which I was able to clean with disinfectant wipes so basic hotel cleaning is lacking.) The bathroom has mildew in the shower and multiple cockroaches were found in the room during our stay. It smelled horrible but we coped with a strong candle and room spray. Breakfast staff was lacking as both coffee machines were down and she was unaware because she was in the back area on her phone. Positives- breakfast area was well stocked with grab and go items, which we appreciate when staying in Jacksonville for medical appointments. Staff was receptive and friendly."

"This is a fairly higher priced location - and it is surprising they do offer a free breakfast, or even a continental breakfast bar. Instead they offer an overpriced cafe where a cup of yogurt costs $10 - which is a total rip off. it's a decent hotel - sure - but they gouge, so be ready to leave for anything you want regarding food. This place is an ok place to sleep, and that's all. "

"Mostly a good experience. Everything is clean and the breakfast is great. There is a pond out front to walk around and several eateries within walking distance. My only complaint is the blanket on the bed - it was very thin and scratchy. We were joking that it was like trying to get cozy under a giant paper towel (the cheap kind). But otherwise everything was good. "

"Very quiet and close to Hwy 95. Beaches about 15 minutes away and Old St. Augustine and Jacksonville about 20 minutes away. Close to restaurants and shopping. This immaculate Air B&B was very clean, well equipped, comfortable and right across the street from the pool and gym. We had an issue with the TV turning on and Michelle, the owner, responded quickly to correct the issue. I have plan to rent again in November. "

"Very clean and private room with everything you could need. The location is perfect, central to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The amenities were great, the host ensured that you would have everything you needed."

"Bathroom had a constant bad odor, wallpaper was peeling, tub was stained and chipped. Time for a remodel! We were there late, tired, and leaving early so I didn’t bother to ask for another room. Kept a towel rolled up by the door to keep the noise and light out from the big gap. Bed was comfortable and nice to have a fridge in the room. We have stayed there once before but I won’t be back. "
