"Since this seems to be a relatively new hotel everything looked very fresh. Room was great, clean, neat and well designed. Breakfast was best ever for the breakfast bar amenity. Those cinnamon buns are like good pastry-not heavy and bread-y. Location great for our needs and could walk to eateries and Publix. Staff extremely friendly and breakfast crew always on top of making sure dishes filled and most importantly that brilliant pancake maker was working-it seems a bit finicky but makes really decent pancakes. First one I had seen. "

"We’ve stayed in over 20 vacation rentals the past couple of years and this one was by far the most beautiful place we’ve been in. The house was spotless, decorated perfectly, and everything was so well thought out. You can tell the hosts put real care into it.Our kids absolutely loved the garage that was turned into an extra hangout room with a pool table, ping pong, and darts. It actually made the rainy days fun and we ended up spending a lot of time together in there.The neighborhood was great too, everyone had their Halloween decorations out, and kids were outside playing which made it feel really welcoming. The location was perfect, only about 15 minutes from the beach, and easy to get anywhere we wanted to go.The hosts were super nice, very responsive, and checked in to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. If we come back to the area, we’d definitely stay here again."

"My family and I had to travel to Jacksonville for my husband's uncle'a funeral. We are from Tampa and not really familiar with the Jacksonville. I looked at the listing and it met all our needs and wasn't going to break the break. I reached out to Summit several times to inquire about distance details between all the different events we had to attend. Every question was answered quickly and with compassion once he knew the reason for our travels. He allowed an early check in without an extra change.The townhome was beautiful and clean. I was impressed with all the small details - flat iron, shampoo, conditioner, body wash were provided. The decor was beachy and welcoming. We don't get to play anything in the game room but there's always next time. Thank you Summit for your kindness. If I could give you a 10 star review, I would. I definitely will be booking with you again "
