"Mostly a good experience. Everything is clean and the breakfast is great. There is a pond out front to walk around and several eateries within walking distance. My only complaint is the blanket on the bed - it was very thin and scratchy. We were joking that it was like trying to get cozy under a giant paper towel (the cheap kind). But otherwise everything was good. "

"Very quiet and close to Hwy 95. Beaches about 15 minutes away and Old St. Augustine and Jacksonville about 20 minutes away. Close to restaurants and shopping. This immaculate Air B&B was very clean, well equipped, comfortable and right across the street from the pool and gym. We had an issue with the TV turning on and Michelle, the owner, responded quickly to correct the issue. I have plan to rent again in November. "

"Great value for this price class. Spacious rooms and something I had never seen in a hotel - a chaise longue with an adjustable table for reading or writing. Coffee in room was terrible - coffee in breakfast room quite good. Breakfast good. People friendly."

"Breakfast was fantastic please don't change it. Parking was great too. The staff was friendly and respectful. I will definitely stay here again next year. "

"This hotel feels antiquated across the board—rooms, amenities, and service all leave much to be desired. For the rate we paid, exceeding $600 USD a night, we could have easily secured superior accommodations and service at a more modest establishment. The phone lines were out of order, making it impossible to reach the front desk or housekeeping, and the bathrooms had unpleasant odors. When we ordered breakfast, it arrived in paper bags with flimsy plastic cutlery. I cannot recommend this hotel at all."

"The lobby was clean and updated. Front desk staff were kind and helpful. The room felt kind of dingy and outdated with peeling wallpaper. In 4 days, our room was not visited once by cleaning staff. No additional towels were offered. "

"We had an amazing weekend stay at this house. Everything about it exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were excellent, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The house itself is absolutely beautiful. The pool was a really nice bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable. It was perfect for relaxing and fun for the kids.The neighborhood was just as impressive and peaceful. It felt safe and convenient, with everything we needed nearby.Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and beautiful place to unwind!"
