"Staff was very friendly. The hotel badly needs updates. The bed was hard and furnishings were worn. We were on the interstate side and the noise level was very high. It sounded like the windows were open, even with sleep buds in and white noise playing. Definitely need to address this. "

There was the remnants of spilled something all over the wall near the bed, and the bathroom had walls patched that had not been painted, the grout was pretty dirty, and the tub surround had a lot of mildew. Was not “nasty” by any means, but definitely could have been a cleaner feel to the room. Common areas were clean. The breakfast was very good. "

"The room I rented wasn't the one I had, people were smoking in the stairwells, my son has lung problems and was extremely uncomfortable. The elevator wasn't working either. I wouldn't recommend for anyone just needing a place to stay between appointments at mayo. "
