You can’t find a better place in cocoa」

「GREAT location on the beach. Also close enough to good food options, groceries, etc. Staff are friendly and helpful. Loved the spacious balcony with sea view. Unit is very functional with nice kitchenette. Overall it's a great option for this area for families with kids. Only complaint: One of the screens on the balcony was torn so it would flap in the wind. I noticed a few of the other units have the same issue.」
