The hotel was very nice, and the staff was professional and helpful, perfect. Except for one person at the front desk. She is slim, latina, proficient bilingual english/spanish, young woman, worked the afternoon shift, but had a terrible attitude, like the guests were an inconvenience, all while fake smiling. She rolled her eyes when I forgot my room number. Scheduling a ride back to the airport was like pulling teeth, like I was annoying her. Poor hospitality. She needs to find another type of work instead of diminishing the experience of guests at your otherwise nice hotel.
