「Property is located within very easy walking distance of major attractions such as the Georgia aquarium. The world of Coca Cola is nearby and right across the road is the College football hall of fame a chick fil a fast food restaurant. There is a corner store located a small distance from the hotel and a Starbucks on site: the free drinks in the evening are a nice touch. Would highly recommend this place, the full breakfast is very good. Staff are very friendly as well.」

「Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.」

They remember all of my details like where my kids attend college, what year in school, where I’m traveling from, drink preference…it’s like visiting friends. There are many less expensive lodging options, but when familiarity, comfort, safety, and attentiveness are of utmost importance, Four Seasons ATL is without peer in the market. 」

"The route to the room was confusing and there was no clear guidance. Many guests, like us, kept getting lost and taking the wrong paths over and over again. The front desk service was excellent. The interior of the hotel rooms, the swimming pool facilities, the bar, etc. all met the standards of a four-star hotel. However, the toilet in the room was not much different from that in a motel. It was rather simple and it seemed that the hotel had run out of funds when it came to decorating the toilets in the rooms."
