Good staff, they are nice. Very close to SeaWorld. We did have a couple problems though. We were allowed to check in early, which was very nice of the staff. We didn't realize that they put us in a room directly across from a room with a dog that was barking like crazy. So we went down and they switched the room for us. Very nice of them.
The next room seemed to be much more quiet, until we got back from dinner. Non-stop banging and crashing in the room above. After about 2.5 hours I called the front desk and asked them to talk to the room above us. They said they would. They called back about a half hour later and said the people in the room above said they were asleep, so it could not be them. Meanwhile, it was getting louder and louder. Like a bunch of Clydesdales galloping above us. So we called again. They said they would try again, but this time they said no one would answer the door or answer the phone. It was 11:00 pm and with no stopping the noise we asked to be switched to another room, yet again.
They switched to the 4th floor. At last we thought, no dog and no one above us. When we walked in the room we immediately noticed that it was very damp and humid. We figured the air must not be cold enough so we dropped the temperature on the thermostat, and while the room cooled off nicely the carpet and floor felt damp the entire night and also this morning. AC definitely needs to be checked in that room.
