“This place is a perfect location. The hosts are outstanding! The place is very cute but I didn’t read the description careful & i felt the low ceilings were too much for me. I also thought there was a balcony but it’s just very creatively done to look like outside. So all these things were because I wasn’t reading carefully. Overall, it was very well done, clean, quiet & a great location! We loved riding bikes around the area! ”

Once we stepped into the rentaly we were overwhelmed by the spacious interior, clean and inviting. Even though we only stayed 1 night, we were absolutely thrilled with this rental. “My friends and I had a lovely stay at this property! We are UNF alumni and were in town to visit old friends and family. The location was perfect to us. Jacksonville can be a tricky place to navigate staying in a nice part of town, and this area is not only super new and upscale, but also pretty centrally located in such a big city. The apartment complex is very well maintained and extremely nice. The gym was almost always empty and had the most up to date amenities. We loved the apartment, it……

“The property was very clean the host very responsive. Definitely family friendly other than I would be a little hesitant with the stairs would need just a baby gate if he had a little and maybe even pets. Possibility there is one we just didn’t need. It definitely would stay here again. Super cute way too much room just for the two of us, but it was a great deal. Look forward to coming back. The Neighbourhood was good and all the houses were decorated for Christmas so pretty. ”

“Quiet, clean, comfortable. Bottled Water and snacks in a basket with a thank you card. Nice, relaxing stay. You do have to park on the street but I felt safe even traveling alone. ”
