「First off, there is not enough parking spaces at the hotel, so we had to park across the street. The first room the hotel placed us in smelled like dirty diapers and the beds looked used. We requested a new room and I thought it was better, however, it was just as dirty and had hair all over the bathroom floor. The beds felt like cardboard and it was not comfortable whatsoever. 「Very clean, room and bathroom clean」

「Coffee pot wasn’t filled. Beds are firm. The place is brand new. Just wasn’t comfortable for me.」

「Very nice hotel and staff was friendly」

「Excellent place to stay. Fran at the front counter was very kind and professional. She went above and beyond to get us rooms on the same floor. The request I submitted via email for this was I didn't receive a return email response, but Fran made it happen!」

「The staff service was excellent, but the room was bad and extremely noisy at night; I barely slept a wink.」

「总体来说都很好，唯一不满意的是房屋隔音不好，半夜被撞击声惊醒。」
