“I had the pleasure of being checked in by a wonderful ambassador for Hilton, Harley.
Her Customer Service skills were something straight out of an outstanding customer service training video! On my way out, I had the pleasure of meeting another Hilton ambassador, Monica. I am a business traveler, and I truly want to convey how incredibly genuine both of these ladies were.
It’s what I refer to as “good old Customer Service” and that’s very hard to find these days.”
