"The front staff was amazing.the room, was not up to expectations. Had to call about stopped up tub and it was dirty . Tub needs replacing or redoing. Another person had to call to have her tub cleaned. Was given two complimentary breakfast vouchers for our experience. Chose to leave for other reasons. Only stayed one night. Booked through third party . Surprise fees were parking and a $200 hold on my card for incidentals. , fees fur WiFi. Am accustomed to Hampton who provides a mini fridge and continental breakfast. Location was the selling point but it worth it when you have to pay for anything that is usually provided even at the small motels . Not impressed with hotel. Front staff was the greatest "

"We stayed there because I had a kidney removed due to cancer and my wife really enjoyed the Hilton in the evening and the shuttle service to the Mayo hospital. She needed to stay longer due to problems I was having and we were able to get the same room for a few extra days"

"Breakfast was better than expected. Room was clean and quiet, but there were no water glasses to be found. Fridge was cold. Parking is free and easy, and guests can walk to decent restaurants and a Publix. "
