"Lovely staff, but the hotel could be so much better by upgrading the rooms and increasing availability of food on offer. The gardens could also be beautiful if maintained properly.
Regular bus service to and from Helensburgh which has lots of restaurants to choose from, but would be nice to be able to eat in the hotel if have been out all day."

"Great location for visiting the Kelpies and Falkirk Wheel. Clean, comfortable hotel. Spacious room and excellent breakfast. The staff were very friendly particularly Murray and Millie ( waiters) who were very attentive when dined in the restaurant."
