Tolle Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal!!! Das bestellte Essen war sehr gut. Der 4er Bungalow(blau) bietet allerdings bei voller Belegung+Hund sehr wenig Platz und Stauraum. Wir waren zu zweit und konnten so das 2. Schlafzimmer als Ablagefläche nutzen. Im WC hat der Abfluss unangenehm gerochen.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön gelegen, das Meer liegt hinter einer hohen Düne. Die einzelnen Häuser stehen in angenehmer Entfernung und sind durch Schilf optisch getrennt. DieHäuser sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Küchenausrüstung ist erstaunlich vielfältig.

Küche war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Betten waren für uns zu hart, dass Sofa mit großen Fleck, Fenster stark verschmutzt / verschmiert, Anlage war insgesamt bis auf den vorletzten Tag mit den Grünanlagen ungepflegt.

Da ist gewaltig was schief gelaufen

Uns wurde von Fewo-Direkt die Buchung über Kreditkarte bestätigt und einen Tage vor Reisebeginn hat Bellvilla die Reise nicht bestätigt und uns abgelehnt. Wir haben dann ein anderes Haus in Julianadorp gefunden, das war sehr gut.

Die Website ist standardmäßig auf ungefähre Daten und nicht auf genaue Daten eingestellt, es ist jedoch unklar. Das ist sehr unlogisch. Die Folge war, dass wir falsch gebucht haben, hohe Stornogebühren in Rechnung gestellt wurden, ein Teil der Kosten immer noch nicht zurückerstattet wurde und wir für ein Ersatzhaus nur etwas mehr bezahlt haben als bei Roompot selbst. Buchen Sie ab sofort direkt und nie wieder über Belvilla. Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende, aber das lag nicht an Belvilla, wir hatten ein teures Wochenende, das lag an Belvilla. Schade, aber ich lasse mir den Spaß dadurch nicht verderben.

Schönes Häuschen mit Hängematte

Es war sehr schön, im Haus war alles vorhanden was man braucht und für den Hund gab es draußen Seile und Harken zum befestigen ( da nicht eingezäunt)

Perfekt durchdachte Anlage, im Haus alles vorhanden, nur wenige Meter zu Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Buslinie nach Schagen und DenHelder.

Aufenthalt wurde abgesagt!

Nach einer erfolgreichen Buchung wurde uns das Haus am 21.05. storniert von belvilla. Wir mussten ganz schnell umbuchen und bekamen Gott sei Dank in gleichen Ferienpark ein größeres Haus. Am 10.07. bekam ich eine Bestätigung von FeWo-direct über das gebuchte belvilla Haus. Wir sind ziemlich verunsichert nach Holland gefahren, da wir nicht wußten, ob wir jetzt 2 Häuser gebucht hatten. Deshalb für den Betreiber Belvilla keine Punkte. Für das Ferienhaus selbst und den Ferienpark 10 Punkte! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
