「We returned from the Ariel Chico yesterday after a fantastic 10 days. The hotel is exceptionally well run with all staff being attentive, friendly and hardworking. Our room was large and well equipped, also very clean. The hotel grounds are well kept and there is obviously a lot of pride that goes into the appearance of the hotel. Food was varied and of a good standard, there was always enough, with staff constantly replenishing any empty areas. I have not travelled all inclusive previously,...

「We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and would stay again. The room was a very decent size as was the bathroom. The location is perfect, 2 minutes to the closest beach and a 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and the town. The room had an air conditioning unit which we didn’t expect. However we had no remote for this for the first 2 days (not a problem for us) however on our third day we got the remote and it worked perfectly. The room was clean and tidy. 「We chose this hotel because it wasn't in the city (Palma). Though a 30-minute drive from the airport, it was well worth it. The property is beautiful. The rooms are very well designed and the pool was a refreshing welcome. Very peaceful. And it's a short drive to some of the most beautiful beaches (highly recommend Mondrago Natural Park).
