“Could have done better cleaning the rooms each day”

“Amazing hotel and rooms are great value for money in terms of size. However I think if guests are wanting more from food they perhaps need to be aware it’s quality over quantity in this hotel. Also please note other bigger hotels have more free kayaks and boats this has 1 so it gets booked quickly Other hotels have at least 20 boats for use”

“The rooms are quite worn and would benefit from refurbishment, and there was some mould visible on the bathroom sealant, which was disappointing. Overall cleanliness could be improved, especially in the bathroom areas. The hotel is next to a very noisy street, and the windows are not soundproof enough, so you can hear almost every car, van, or lorry passing by, which makes it hard to relax. “In this price bracket it doesn’t get better than places like this. the gardens are beautiful, the pool large enough and very clean, the staff are quick to respond and very charming and the rooms are fun/ quirky! i recommend any room with a balcony. really fabulous place.”
