Lovely Villa

We had a lovely family holiday here, the villa is very spacious and has lots of amenities, aircon worked well. Good location close to beaches and supermarkets etc, you do need a car but it’s only a 10 mins drive to everything. Only thing I will mention Is that the pool area/ garden needed a good clean up to get rid of leaves and twigs around the edges, there were an unusual amount of wasps you’d expect around the pool I know it’s common in summer but there was far too many, we have never experienced that amount at other properties. we had to make a puddle to keep them away from the pool area as they wanted the water constantly.Overall we had a good time and would return but hopefully the wasp issue is dealt with.

Très bonne localisation pour découvrir la Costa BRAVA, Barcelone et ses alentours. La proximité des plages et commerces est très appréciable. Villa très confortable à l'exception des climatisations qui sont légèrement bruyantes la nuit. Piscine exceptionnelle. Les SDB sont au top! Literie de très bonne qualité. Quartier résidentiel, voisinage très calme Entreprise sérieuse et très professionnelle, chaleureuse et réactive. Le service est irréprochable. Au bout du 5ème jour, jour du 15 Août, nous avions un problème avec la qualité de l'eau de la piscine et Club Villamar est intervenue immédiatement dans la journée. Nous avons passé un séjour tout à fait exceptionnel. La réalité est encore mieux que sur les photos!

Onderhoud hang en sluitwerk. Slot voordeur en poort klemmen, deurklinken zaten los. Mogelijkheid om poort geopend vast te zetten ( hek kan tegek auto waaien) Beter koffiezetapparaat vb nespresso. Beter tuinonderhoud waardoor ook minder blad en naalden in zwembad waaien. Verder top huis! Tip: creëer laadvoorziening voor EV auto

Wir hatten einem kein warmes Wasser. Nachdem wir es per email gemeldet hatten, war eine Stunde später der Hausmeister da ich ne hat alles behoben. SUPER! Wir durften am Abreisetag länger in der Villa bleiben. Vielen Dank dafür!Die Bettlaken als Oberbett waren um diese Jahreszeit etwas kühl. Ich hätte mir richtige Bettwäsche mit Bettbezug und leichter Bettdecke gewünscht. Bettlaken und Wolldecke gefällt mir nicht.

Super goede service

Super goede service. Vriendelijk ontvangst en super snelle response op email /vragen op locatie. Villa Senona is een hele mooie villa met drie slaapkamers, twee badkamers een woonkamer, grote tuin, oprit en privé zwembad. Elke kamer is voorzien van een airco! De keuken is voorzien van alle gemakken zoals oven/toaster/vaatwasmachine. We hebben als gezin genoten van de villa en met name het privé zwembad. De Tuin is goed onderhouden en het zwembad was mooi schoon. Villa senona ligt in een urbanisatie bij cologne maar Binnen 7 min met de auto ben je bij het strand en supermarkten /winkels. Verbeterpuntje : Het lounge terras achter in de tuin staat onder een boom waaruit nogal veel honingdauw komt waardoor dit gedeelte erg plakkerig is. Hierdoor hebben we hier helaas niet veel gebruik kunnen maken van dit terras.

- Pool wurde von den Vormietern nicht richtig unterhalten. Der Filter war falsch eingesetzt, was zu Verunreinigungen führte. Das sollte vor der Übergabe genau geprüft werden - Es hat zu wenig Besteck. Das Haus ist für 6 Personen konzipiert. Es braucht daher mindestens von allem 12 Stück. - Matratzen sind seeeehr hart. - Reinigungslappen, Abtrocknungstücher sind zu wenige vorhanden. - Klimaanlage sehr gut - Kohlegrill verrostet und nicht sauber. Habe gereinigt, ist aber nicht sauber geworden. - Mückennetze am Fenster wären eine super Investition. - Gute und grosse Sonnenschirme. Einer ist leicht beschädigt aber noch funktionstüchtig
