An open kitchen is integrated into this level, equipped with 2 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Accessible via a spiral staircase, the upper floor hosts a second bedroom, also furnished with 1 french bed of 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a private shower and WC, and a small balcony of 2 m2.
