A first bedroom on this floor is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The open kitchen on this level features a bar area and is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with direct access to the terrace.

On the lower ground floor, you will find the entrance hall, which includes a shower and WC, serving as the first of the 2 bathrooms in the property.
