The Anais apartment in Calpe has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people. Located in the heart of Calpe and with access to all the services of the town, it is in a privileged location since 600 metres away are the beautiful sandy beaches of Calpe and the seafront promenade.



Accommodation layout:



The 76 m² accommodation, recently renovated and very bright, is distributed in a spacious and luminous living-dining room with air conditioning, a pleasant terrace with a beautiful artificial lawn and views of the Peñon de Ifach Natural Park and the community swimming pool. An American kitchen with a comfortable bar, a bedroom with a 160cm double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a second bedroom with a 160cm double bed and a second bathroom with a shower.

The building has a lift, communal swimming pool and tennis court (check opening and closing times and dates). It is located in the heart of Calpe, 20 m from restaurants and cafeterias where you can taste both local produce and restaurants from other nationalities, 50 m from the supermarket, 600 m from the sandy beach "Paya del Arenal de Calpe", next to the main avenue of Calpe where the best shops and a wide variety of businesses are located, 3 km from the natural park "Parque Natural del Peñon de Ifach" and is situated in an ideal area for families and in the urban centre of Calpe.
