An independent dining room with access to the pool area. A fully equipped open kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher. A bedroom with a bunk bed for two people and air conditioning. A bedroom with two single beds and an independent bathroom with shower. The UPPER FLOOR has a bedroom with a double bed, living-dining room and a bathroom with shower.



EXTERIOR: Pleasant plot with an 8x4 kidney-shaped pool and outdoor shower. From the exterior, there is access to the solarium which offers beautiful views of the sea and Peñón de Ifach. There is a portable barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals and parking for one vehicle on the same plot.



LOCATION: This villa is located in a privileged area for its tranquility, just 350 m from the nearest sandy beach. The closest supermarket is 1.3 km away, as are the restaurants. The centre of Calpe is accessible within 2 km.
