「Everything was perfect, spa facilities were lovely and relaxing and spotlessly clean. As was our apartment, the fresh milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Food was excelent both in the evening and breakfast.
We think it must be a wonderful place to work as all the staff from reception to cleaners were all very happy, chatty and helpful.
We have booked for our next trip already 😊」

「The whole experience was excellent, being disabled makes it difficult to find the right room but at The Leonardo Hotel in Plymouth everyone was extremely helpful, kind and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Room was clean, food very good and the staff excellent. Thank you to everyone there for making my stay comfortable and welcoming. Merry Christmas to you all and a prosperous New Year.
