“This is a fabulous villa, the pictures don’t do it justice. We loved the pool and the views.There is sufficient a short distance away in Raffadali to help you self cater.As has been mentioned the road to the villa is about half a mile of rough narrow roads.We did have some issues with power cuts, but this is a Sicily problem not a problem with the Villa.Tarek was very helpful whenever we needed help.The one minor mark was that ad says air conditioning throughout, however when we arrived we were……

“We stayed at Villa Livia for three days and hosted our wedding there. It is beyond amazing, we were in awe of everything. The villa and grounds are 10 times better than the photos show. Every corner of the villa and guest houses are pristine and covered in antique furniture and artwork. The houses and grounds are huge. “Everything was perfect. Only mosquitos were pain and very bad wifi connection and not reception at all. But in fact this might be taken as positive fact 😉 Path to the sea direct from the garden was steep but short. Most of the time we were almost alone on this beautiful beach with great acces to the water. I regreted not to take my paddleboard with me. Great conditions for SUP.
