In Caltagirone, the apartment 'Giusa' awaits you, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The property, arranged over two floors, includes a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest toilet, accommodating up to four people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (also suitable for video conferences), a TV, and air conditioning.



The highlight of this accommodation is the private outdoor area, featuring a covered terrace, a balcony, and a grill. You also have access to a shared outdoor area with a pool (open from May to October), terrace, and shower. The historic center of Caltagirone, the Roman villa of Piazza Armerina, and the ceramic workshops of Villa Patti are worth a visit. Excursions to Mount Etna or the Santo Pietro nature reserve are also recommended.



Parking is available on the property and free parking is possible on the street. Only one small pet is allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted. A transfer service is available upon request for an extra fee.



The lights of the Santa Maria del Monte staircase offer a unique show, visible only on certain days in July and August. The property is located within a villa inhabited by the owners, with whom you will share the pool and outdoor spaces. There are guidelines for proper waste separation, and the property uses energy-saving lighting and sustainable materials for insulation.

Piscine grandiose et très belle décoration

Très belles prestations : beau jardin, décoration extérieure, piscine très grande et très bien entretenue.Logement bien équipé et décoré avec goût. L’annonce mériterait d’être plus claire car les chambres sont totalement séparées de l’espace de vie ce qui surprend quand on arrive (chambres dans la maison et salon/cuisine le long de la piscine).
