“There were many issues, some were fixed within the first week, some were not fixed until we left (distroyed BBQ). Sometimes we had to tell the owner twice to fix something (broken bed). Rattling fan in the kitchen (noosy), A/C was working in all rooms. The rooms were big. Ant poison was on the terrace when we arrived (unsafe for small children). Always lock all doors when you leave the premise as the garden and terrace were publicly accessible from the outside. Old and worn furniture, some……

“Unser 14 tägiger Urlaub war sehr erholsam. Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen Anlage und entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Man benötigt aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Die Wohnung war auch bestens ausgestattet, auch eine Waschmaschine ist im Bad! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Mario Korico war sehr angenehm und zuverlässig. Da unser Heimflug erst abends startete, durften wir auch später auschecken. Alles in allem, sehr fein und vielen Dank Gabriele”

“Logement très agréable et confortable, très propre, bien équipé, une très bonne communication avec l'hébergeur. Idéalement situé, très belle vue sur la mer. Petit point à améliorer: la douche qui n’est pas toujours facile à régler, et peut être du double vitrage au niveau des vitres car on entend beaucoup les bruits de la ville. Parfait pour une semaine pour découvrir Catane et ses alentours, avec des enfants.”

“A very comfortable stay with wonderful pool. However, a few minor niggles. E.g. not enough mugs provided and lack of a instruction manual for the Villa. Also Sun loungers need re tensioning. Other than these we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa”
