"Check in went OK the room re recieved smelled like bleach I was assigned new room however I was not able to shower it was not ADA compliant"

"We went to Dayton for my son's 2nd birthday to see the planes at the air force museum. This house definitely did not disappoint! There is a small room with kid toys that my son enjoyed! A nice touch was the high chair (if you need one), but he enjoyed sitting on the bar stools at the table which put him at just the right height for the table. There is also kid plates, cups, and silverware. This was the most kid-friendly house we've stayed at. Our plane landed at 12pm and our son's naptime is usually around 12pm. The host was kind enough to let us check in at 12pm. We ended up having an hour drive from the Cincinnati airport, so we got there at 1pm. But being able to immediately go to the house for him to sleep was a complete game changer! Otherwise, he would've been cranky the rest of the day. If you have young kids that want to climb the stairs, just watch them closely. They are kind of steep. It'd be nice if there was a baby gate at the top and bottom. But other than that, our stay here was wonderful. If we ever catch ourselves in Dayton again, we will definitely try to stay here again!"

"check in staff was great however room was missing light bulbs, a cord for the the phone so you couldnt make phone calls, no towels. Called and they never provided light bulbs or a phone cord. room key kept deactivating everyday."

"The room was nice but the air conditioner was so loud so it didn’t make sleeping very comfortable. The room was clean except for a couple bugs on the floor. "

"I was overcharged, given the wrong room, short a bed and told there was nobody available to help me. "

"I pre-paid for parking and the QR code did not work. So, I paid for parking twice. Continental breakfast was included, but no clarification as to where it was located. Soap dispenser in the shower was empty. Only 2 towels for 4 people. Neighboring guests arrived at 3am, repeatedly slamming doors, yelling and laughing until 5am. For the price, I expected better! "

"Great safe location. Older house but couch and beds were comfortable. It was very clean and pictures of the property were accurate. Pans and kitchen utensils could use an upgrade. House was as described and we had a pleasant stay."

"The home was a perfect place to stay while visiting my cousin who goes to Dayton University. It was close to the campus and the art district (yummy restaurants and cute bar scene). Street parking was easy. House comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed how the host decorated with local Dayton photos. We would stay here again if in the area. "
