Stayed here for 3 nights all inclusive with a few friends. Plenty of choice of foods at the restaurant and snack bar was frequently replenished during the day. Staff were friendly at all areas of the hotel. A short walk into the Palmanova resort where there was plenty of restaurant choices and a choice of shops. Would return to the hotel with family as the kids club seemed to be quite active and the pool and facilities was suffice to keep everyone entertained.

A pleasant hotel on the outskirts of the resort, but still within easy walking distance of everything. We visited in September and the hotel appeared to be winding down for the season with some small maintenance issues to fix, but the staff were great and added a couple of really nice personal touches during our stay. We would visit again, but maybe not for the price we paid for our last minute booking.

Booked through expedia and stated that the room slept 4, but did not specify it was 2 adults and 2 children. The whole point we booked was to all be in one room. Very disappointed and staff did not help find solutions, just said no.

Unhappy stay

We arrived on Saturday evening and when we went into our room there was a puddle all over the floor and bed. Tue roof was leaking. My 8yr old actually tripped and hurt her arm in the water. We were moved to another room. 2 days later we returned from the pool to a leak in our new room. We had to get moved yet again. My daughter is autistic and found all the moving very upsetting. We also had to shower in tepid water on one evening as there was no hot water. This hotel is supposed to be 4 star and there was also at least 2 leaks in the restaurant after a rainy evening and one dropped into my food. Very unhappy.

Die Lobby wirkt auf den ersten Blick einladend, aber das war’s dann leider auch schon. Die Zimmer lassen in Sachen Sauberkeit deutlich zu wünschen übrig und wirken insgesamt eher lieblos. Auch die Schalldämmung ist schlecht, man hört fast alles aus den Nachbarzimmern. Das Essen erinnert eher an einen Imbissstand – das Frittierte gelingt zwar, aber alles, was frisch gekocht ist, schmeckt einfach nicht gut. Kartoffeln zu hart, fade Soßen, und insgesamt wirkt das Buffet ziemlich lieblos zusammengestellt. Für ein angebliches 4-Sterne-Hotel ist das wirklich eine Frechheit. Das Personal wirkt unerfahren, teilweise wie Praktikanten, und der Service ist dementsprechend ausbaufähig. Insgesamt hatte man hier nicht das Gefühl, Urlaub zu machen, sondern wollte einfach nur raus und die Zeit lieber am Strand statt im Hotel verbringen. Leider nicht empfehlenswert.

Riktigt bra

Fint hotell. Bra mat, trevlig personal, bra område. Frukost, lunch och middag var super, fanns något för alla och mycket goda deserter. Enda negativa vi reagerade på var att kl 07.30 när vi vaknade så var varenda solstol redan reserverad av någon annan med handduk trots att ingen fanns där. Överlag riktigt bra hotell.

Ikke til afslapning!

Meget effektivt, venligt, hårdtarbejdende personale, men et sandt støjhelvede fra morgen til sen aften pga. hotellets egen musik ved poolområdet - og pga. sceneoptræden hver aften i den lukkede gård, som indkapsler al støj. Jeg fik en voldsom madforgiftning og lå efterfølgende en hel dag i sengen for at samle kræfter igen, så jeg spiste kun 3 måltider på hotellet. Besøget er absolut ikke til en gentagelse!
