“The Hotel was clean and the staff very friendly, The sun lounger’s around the pool area are far to close together you are almost touching one another with no room for yourself. The control of drinking and vaping in the pool itself also was off putting.”

“Just had a wonderful week at the Portals Hills Boutique Hotel. The hotel is extremely clean and all the staff are very polite and helpful, they can't do enough for you. The rooms are very well maintained and cleaned spotlessly every day, we had a lovely sea view from the second floor. The hot breakfasts are all delivered to your table, plenty of choice and ample selection on the breads. pastries, fruit etc.. The pool area is quite small but immaculate and the service delivered by the staff……

“Overall our stay was pleasant. The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful. There were no food options available at the property other than breakfast even though the website stated dinner, room service and snack options. When we asked about food we were directed to outside the hotel to restaurants. I have no idea why this was the case.”

“The hotel is in a great location, and the beach was beautiful. However, our experience started off on the wrong foot. On our first day, the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working, and there was no one available to fix it. We ended up changing rooms twice, which was very frustrating and took away from the start of our vacation. After we spoke with the manager, she was understanding and kindly offered us a late check-out on our last day, which we appreciated and helped make up for some of……

“Nice simple room and nice big beach in front with payable beds, parasols with lockers. However it was busy with stag do's etc on the front. Good cheap spritz cocktails at the hotel by the pool and at the bar on the beachfront. Easy to get into Palma and airport. I was staying near the stairs and found it noisy throughout the night when people were coming back from parties etc so I didnt sleep well the whole trip. Also I was startled when someone tried to open my door in the middle of the night……

“Mucho bueno que decir. Primero, el Staff me trató super bien!! Segundo; lugar muy tranquilo y silencioso. Tercero; localización. A 3 minutos caminando la parada del autobus para todo lugar, inclusive el aereopuerto. Es prácticamente, el ultimo hotel de la Riviera de Palma y esta a 6 minutos, caminando, de la playa. Los restaurantes justo a su lado o cerca del area. Tiene un supermercado a 4 minutos del hotel. La verdad, lo tiene todo y es super acogedor. Además, tiene piscina y un Spa. Espero……

“Sauberes Hotel, genauso wie sauberes Zimmer. Frühstücksauswahl groß und lecker. Lage perfekt, etwas weiter weg vom Ballermann daher leise abends. Das einzige was leider schlecht ist, ist die Parkplatzsituation. Wir haben teilweise eine Stunde suchen müssen, bis wir einen Parkplatz gefunden haben. Das ist so katastrophal. Ansonsten super Hotel.”

“Perfect location for relaxing. Breakfast is perfect variety of fruits, meats and bread. This is my second time at this location. There were a lot of families with young children. Must get to the pool early to save a chair. For me I like access to the ocean, not too crowded the ocean is steps from the hotel. Drinks were overpriced, everything else was good. Hotel may need to upgrade air conditioning system, was difficult to cool our room down. Lastly, the spa was fabulous, large spacious……
