Nice Villa in an amazing location with a small beach directly beneath the house and a great view over the coastline from the terrace. Our host was super-friendly, gave us a lot of useful recommendations and made a late check-out possible. Perfect place to spend a vacation.

Perfect Getaway

I stayed here with 8 of my friends and we had the most amazing time! The house itself has everything you wanted and the location and proximity to the beach was amazing! Communication with Alumdena was great and she really went over and above for us which made the service feel like we were staying in a 5 star resort! Highly recommend and I would def stay again!

The house is really nice for big groups with an amazing view and very close to the sea! Unfortunately, there was a construction site right beneath the house, that was quite noisy (from 8 to 18 on weekdays) and the heating in two of the rooms did not work - someone from PriorityVillas came but couldn't fix it and told us she needed to inform technicians - but at least we got some more duvets (it was quite cold when we arrived at the end of april). Our host Almudena was really nice, she always answered extremely fast and did everything she could about the heating situation!

Great vacation house

Two families enjoying all that Mallorica has to offer. This place was the perfect place for rest, relaxation and fun we were near so many places to find adventure.

Lovely stay at Villa Rivo

The villa was located right above a small sandy beach which was wonderful. The views from the villa were breathtaking. The accommodation was neat and clean and all the bedrooms had aircon. We were two families on holiday together and there was more than enough space for everyone. There were restaurants and a Spar/shopping area a short walk away. We had a wonderful 10 day stay and would highly recommend Villa Rivo.

Super fornita di tutto il necessario :)

Il successo di una vacanza si trova anche dal luogo in cui si soggiorna, devo dire che questa casa ha fatto un ottimo lavoro in questo. Gli aspetti positivi sono molteplici: la posizione è in una zona residenziale che nonostante sia fitta di case è estremamente tranquilla, il parcheggio di fronte alla casa è sempre libero e gratuito, le camere sono ampie con tanti bagni e molto importante con aria condizionata funzionante (anche se non è quasi mai servita). I pezzi forte dell’esperienza sono senz’altro il meraviglioso terrazzo che si affaccia sulla piccola baia al tramonto, che con i divani presenti riesce ad accogliere facilmente più di dieci persone, e l’accesso diretto alla spiaggia sottostante, come se fosse una piscina privata naturale. Un plauso ad ogni modo va fatto anche alla cucina, super fornita di tutto il necessario per i pasti della giornata, molto ampia e con due frigoriferi.

Perfect for the group, amazing villa

Beautiful villa, close to both a smaller “private” beach, and a nice beach with a bar etc. Very nice inside and outside, a pool isn’t needed. We stayed 10 people and there was loads of space! Highly recommend A pool would be nice, but again it’s not needed when you’re close to the beach and have access to other beaches with a short car ride.

Diese Villa ist einfach nur ein Traum - Der Blick auf die Bucht von der Terrasse ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern! Nur 2 Minuten Laufweg um sich im Meer abzukühlen, amazing. Unglaubliche Ruhe und sehr viel Platz! Was zu Beginn irritierend war, war der Wechsel des Ansprechpartner in der Kommunikation, und auch konfuse Kommunikation - bspweise wurde das WLAN nicht angezeigt und die Agency hat relativ lange uber WhatsApp mit uns getextet, wogegen es einfacher gewesen wäre einfach jemanden zu schicken oder anzurufen um das Problem zu lösen. Besonderen Dank an Almudena, sie war am Ende meine Kontaktperson und hat mit ganz viel Herz alles geregelt und zum Schluss sogar dafür gesorgt dass wir in Time zum Flughafen kommen 🥰 Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!
