“also der Georg (Manager ) immer hilfsbereit , freundlich Note 1 { sehr gut ) Wohnung , alles was das Herz begehrt ist da! Lautstärke , Tagsüber war etwas laut , aber nicht ganz so schlimm , wie einige hier geschrieben haben , Nachts sehr leise, konnten schlafen ! Pool auch ok ! das einzige negative , Mückenplage , da sollte man vorsorgen ! waren 24 Tage dort und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt danke Georg”

“Beautiful neighborhood despite noise from construction site nearby, beach 5 minute walk downhill (and uphill in the way back). Old house recently renovated indoors, clean with basic furniture. Don’t expect to use the garden as it hasn’t been maintained and is completely overgrown.very responsive agency albeit not very flexible in terms of arrival times. Good value for money but don’t expect anything fancy. ”

“Wir haben eine wunderschöne und erholsame Woche in dem Ferienhaus von Robert und Viviani verbracht. Das Haus ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und toll ausgestattet. An alles wurde gedacht und bei Hitze funktioniert die Klimaanlage bestens. Man wohnt neben den Besitzern. Aber alles ist so arrangiert, dass man seine Privatsphäre, aber auch einen sehr netten Kontakt zu Robert und Viviani hat. Beide haben gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Unsere Tage haben wir nachmittags am Pool ausklingen……

“Super séjour, villa magnifique Procédure d’arrivée et de sortie top”

“This villa has the potential to be very good if a small refurbishment is carried out. Therer is aircon in all bedrooms and the livingroom which is great however some wardrobes etc in the rooms need replaced as doors were held closed by weding paper in the gaps. The slats on the single beds had been broken and an attempt at repairing by weaving the slats together carried out. The downstairs twin has a problem with cockroaches and traps in the cupboard confirmed the owners are aware, there is also……

“A spacious, neat home. The contact with the owner is very pleasant. The view of the church in te village is very beautiful. The village of Calvía is nice and quiet, but the sights are nearby. The beach for example is10 minutes drive by car. Excellent home for a family with childeren or several adults.”

“La casa es hermosa, grande, muy cómoda mejor de lo que sale en las fotos. Si vas por primera vez a Mallorca renta un carro pequeño y eso te ayudará para parquear el carro en esta casa. “Our stay at Pedro's house was amazing. The property is even better than it looks in the photos with a lovely pool, garden and seating areas. We spent the mornings sitting on the balcony in the sun and the evenings enjoying some wine down on the patio. The house had everything you could need, and Pedro was a great host providing lots of restaurant recommendations. The Chiringuito bar just a short walk away had spectacular views over the sea and lovely food and drink. We went for a swim in the sea……
