“Beautiful neighborhood despite noise from construction site nearby, beach 5 minute walk downhill (and uphill in the way back). Old house recently renovated indoors, clean with basic furniture. Don’t expect to use the garden as it hasn’t been maintained and is completely overgrown.very responsive agency albeit not very flexible in terms of arrival times. Good value for money but don’t expect anything fancy. ”

“Der Vermieter war super nett. Das Haus war sauber und es war alles vorhanden. Die Dachterrasse ist das Highlight. Parken vor der Tur geht nicht, und man muss ein paar Minuten bergauf laufen. Andratx ist nett und man kommt schnell zu wunderschönen Stränden in der Nähe. Es ist ruhig und wir konnten uns gut erholen. Auch für die Kids war es eine gute Zeit. ”

“Loved this place! Beautiful location, very safe, rooms are spacious and well lit. Very well equipped kitchen and nice appliances. Supermarket (Eroski) within a few minutes’ walk, so it was easy to cook and eat meals around the table downstairs, or on the roof deck on sunny days. “The house was even more beautiful than in the photos – it felt like a movie set, full of charm and character. It had everything we needed, with thoughtful details that made us feel very comfortable. Being a stone house on a hill, even on hot days we could sleep well with just the fan, without opening windows. On the first day we left one open and had a couple of insect visitors, but after that no issues at all. There are also plenty of insect repellents provided, which shows how well-prepared……

“Villa was beautiful, clean and catered for all. Toni the manager was easy to contact and always available when needed. 3 bedrooms accommodated for our family 5 of us comfortably. Pool and gardens were a good size. Plenty of outdoor space for dining and BBQ. Villa is about 15 minutes Drive from Palma/airport and less than an hour to almost everywhere else on the island. Car is recommended as there are no shops or restaurants nearby but does offer on site parking for 2 cars. We had a wonderful……
