"Very disappointing as the pictures and reviews looked good. Most misleading was the pool that is actually 2 streets and 150yds away in what looks like another abandoned hotel. My room was dark, the view was a wall 1m away and there was a generator loud whining noise all night. I asked to move room after one night as it was not the type of room i booked. They said they couldn’t move me so I left. They have refused a refund for the following two nights. "

"施設は多少古びているが清潔に保たれているし、担当者も申し分ない。ただ、こちらに2泊する予定で、初日のチェックイン時間に行ったところ、担当者の姿もなく、中に入れず、途方にくれていた。他の宿泊者がたまたま戻ってきた為、中に入れたが、1時間以上後に担当者が来て、『ダブルブッキングの為に今夜は宿泊出来ないと告げられる。非常に腹が立ったが、近くの施設を用意し、そちらに2泊してもいし、こちらと1泊ずつしてもいい。こちらのミスなので費用はこちらで負担します』と言われました。対応がきちんとしていたので、その案に従い、近くの施設に1泊し、次の日に戻ることにしました。代替施設は多分ここよりもグレードが高く、快適に過ごすことができたし、この施設に移っても、色々と希望を聞いてもらえ、チェックアウト時間も飛行機の時間に合わせて延長させてもらい、非常に快適に過ごすことができました。綺麗な景色に囲まれて、静かで快適な時間を過ごすことができ、最後は感謝の気持ちで一杯になりました。ダブルブッキングがあったので評価は一つ下げますが、その後の対応と快適さは充分に満足できるものでした。"

"Really nice place to stay and is located centrally to My Khe beach. Heaps of good food places nearby. For those that like to go to the gym, this one has all the equipment you will need but it is very small for the amount of people that want to use it. Only two treadmills which fill up quickly. Check in is strictly 3pm, regardless of when you arrive."

"Japan in Da Nang: no passport stamp required! 🌸 Walking into Mikazuki feels like you've been teleported straight to Japan. The property is absolutely stunning, and every corner is a photo opportunity. The reception staff were just wonderful, and so were the rest of the staff in the hotel. Warm, genuinely helpful, and always ready with great tips on what to see and do around Da Nang. It's also a dream for families. Between the in-house water park, TWO lazy rivers, an infinity pool and the game rooms, the kids (and let's be honest, the grown-ups too) never ran out of things to do. You could easily spend your whole holiday without leaving the resort. Breakfast was another win, with loads to choose from, so everyone found something they loved. I think there were like 5 other restaurants in the hotel to eat from as well. Five days was nowhere near enough. We'll definitely be back! Thank you from Kenya! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

But what made this stay exceptional was the people. Every member of the team we met was professional, gracious, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Their warmth and care made us feel so welcome, and turned a beautiful vacation into one of the most memorable trips we have ever taken. Vietnam is a stunning country, and this resort gave us an extraordinary place to experience it. We left with wonderful memories and would love to return. Highly recommended."
