「Villa環境一流，裝修都好新，屋整體都乾淨，不過響樓上廁所發現有2隻曱甴。屋入面其中一個風筒有問題，一開就有火花，同職員講但冇理會。住係冇問題，我住左兩日，經常都會有人隨時入屋，明明冇約時間食早餐，9點有個男人開門入黎話接你，轉頭又有人開門補水，又話補廁紙，總之成日都有人自出自入，好冇私隱。」
