「False advertising! Booked a "Superior" room but got a windowless, stuffy cell. Totally different from photos. Staff just said "this is our standard" and ignored my request to speak to a supervisor. not profession and rude. 」

「The staff is really helpful and nice. The facilities are great, there are sauna, theater and mini golf course. The breakfast they served taste good, especially the crab meat noodle soup. However, the location is a bit far away from the city. We can still order food via grab.」

「It’s my first time here. This suite has awesome view in the morning and the location of hotel is great. You can get into the sea easily and not crowd as central area. Big love!」

「Staff helpful. Ocean view beautiful.」

「Room was good , 」

「The hotel is located near the beach and city center. The service is good and the breakfast is tasty with varieties which is good for both local and to tourists. Recommend」

「Furniture&bathroom need upgrade , under grade compare to three stars Value」
