「酒店在珍珠岛上有优先权，进出游乐园的短驳车优先来接，这对于带孩子来说的家庭是个利好。 房间整体不算新，但是服务真的很舒服，特别感谢会说中文的TIEN，任何时候任何事请都能及时协助帮忙，最后退房还为我们争取到下午两点，让两个孩子在房里舒舒服服的睡了个午觉。 酒店免费提供从前一家酒店退房衔接到入住，以及退房后送机的服务，是专人专车，这点也特别贴心。 总体入住体验很好，从餐厅到前台以及接送小哥，都很亲善，对孩子们很友好，特别感谢。」

「Arrived pier at 12:00. Got in room at 2:00pm. Toilets not flush properly. No full size mirrors. Everything else was good. My family enjoyed the stay. 」

「For this hotel you have to choose the executive building (new building) instead of the deluxe, which is very small and old. I had to just pay and upgraded my family to a one bedroom suite at the new wing, not going to stay in a 80’s looking congested room. As with everything else, service and VN standard and access into the island is very well arranged. The stars are for the deluxe room (old wing); the one bedroom grand suite which we paid for later on was perfect 」

「The staff is really helpful and nice. The facilities are great, there are sauna, theater and mini golf course. The breakfast they served taste good, especially the crab meat noodle soup. However, the location is a bit far away from the city. We can still order food via grab.」

「Lucky Sun is just off the main Esplanade, so you don't hear traffic noise. W visited 3 nights just before Christmas. It's down the southern end and not far to walk or taxi to the main shopping district or ATMs. The room is tidy, air conditioned and made up daily. Free bottled water for each guest. We have a Delux room on 14th floor, sea view and one king bed a one king single. There were 3 adults in my group. Included breakfast daily, a basic gym and a nice pool on 23rd floor.
