The hotel provided us with what we needed. Its proximity to the surrounding streets for dining options, shopping and the night market was great. Breakfast options were great providing the choices of western and Asian style food. Airport pick up and drop off was so helpful.

Wonderful hotel at beach front, love the tunnel straight to the beach without crossing the Main Street. Good breakfast buffet and massage service. Staffs are very helpful, polite and nice. Definitely will recommend to others

Beautiful, well maintained and beach access! Staff pleasant, great breakfast and comfortable room. We were upgraded to a suite which was a pleasant surprise. Went for spa treatment and highly recommend.

Huge impersonal hotel. Awful breakfast buffet and slow restaurant service. Rooms dated and bed linen poor quality. Beach. Definitely not enough loungers for such a large hotel. Need a reservation system or limit the time. some beds reserved but left empty for hours

The first room they put me in, the air conditioner didn’t work very good at all, then they moved me into another room, which worked well. The staff was awesome very helpful in everything, the hotel was really nice, I would definitely stay there again if I went back to the city!

I stayed here 4 nights in junior suite overlooking the ocean It’s incredibly noisy until 11pm at night due to two nightclubs over the road It’s a massive hotel and I waited sometimes 15 minutes for a lift so if you like less busy and quieter accommodation this is not the hotel for you Staff were friendly and breakfast buffet had lots of choices Unlikely to stay here again as at night I like it quieter

Our stay was very good. Great staff. Breakfast had many options. Its clean and has many amenities. Access to the beach with lots of local shopping a eating choices. We were pk the 31st floor at could hear the music from the club but didnt last to late in the evening. Also the sound from next room and the hall could be heard. Otherwise, for the value, location, service and cleanliness 5/5.

Our stay overall was good! Check in did take quite a long time but we were a group of 4 different bookings. The breakfast buffet had a mix of western, vietnamese and korean foods on offer that changed slightly over the 7 days. We stayed in the junior suite queen and it was very large, 2 lounge spaces, very big bed and kitchen area. We found the bathroom was not as clean as hoped, there was a ring of mould in the rim of the basin. 2 bottles of water provided everyday and our room was serviced everyday. The location was very good and walkable to many different places for shopping and eating. Easy to organise a Grab or transport from the hotel too.

Buffet breakfast was average. Minimal changes from each day. The orange juice was not even made from real oranges. The property is very noisy at night time from the night clubs located opposite the hotel. I couldn't believe that there was no bars in the hotel , only club on the roof top which you had to pay to go there.

Recent Nha Trang Visit

This is my 3rd time staying at the Premier Havana Hotel. My last stay was back in 2019. I think this hotel may have changed ownership - or - is no longer part of the Best Western management. Overall, my stay was excellent. They did place me in a nice room with a separate bedroom (something I really like) on a high-level floor. Unfortunately however, the hotel was packed and my immediate neighbor's were making excessive noise. Mt Cao offered to relocate me, but I was to settled in, and did not want to move. My bed frame squeaked excessively when I moved around. It probably needs to be replaced. On my previous 2 visits, I was provided access to the VIP breakfast area - now - it's simply gone - no reason given. I had the traditionally buffet breakfast on the 2nd floor. I feel like the quality of the food was not as good as my 2019 visit. All the eggs are precooked and they're overcooked. No ability to order custom eggs..... I do enjoy the property and it's location to the beach. I will consider staying here again in 2025.

The hotel location was a little bit off-north about one mile away from the main shopping/restaurants/massage places-Needed a taxi cab riding due to the hot weather. Since the hotel building faced the main road near by the beach, I had some very loud music noise issues from the near by night clubs till 11:15 pm. for two nights in a row. Other than that this hotel was a five star hotel.

今回自分は初めてのニャチャンでパートナーは 久しぶりの帰省になりますがハバナホテルのスタッフにはとても親切に対応していただき心地よい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。 ホテル内も清潔を保ってビーチまでの地下道まであり危ない道路を渡らなくても海まで行けます。繁華街にも歩いて行けるので楽しんで疲れてもすぐにホテルまで帰れるので安心です。 とにかくホテルスタッフの素敵な対応に感謝してパートナー共々､大変満足して大事な時間を過ごすことが出来ました。また利用させて頂きます。
