The furnishing were very comfortable, and the entire apartment was very clean with no wear. We were happy with the location as it is convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, and tourist activities. We would be happy to stay here again.」

「Andreias apartment has very good location. We enjoyed whole three months we stayed there. Balcony was nice place to look at sea and the nice park, lot of dogs playing and running. Children playing...full of life. Easy to go anywhere, cafe, restaurants, market, levada, many buses to go to Funchal, not too long to walk there. We already miss back. Anja and Hannu from Finland」

「Nice small but cozy room, own kitchen and bathroom. The owner gave us some usefull tips and was overall really sweet. Its quite far from the center if you decide to walk and also the road is really steep. 」

「This apartment has a 5 star location with the promenade, the bus stop and sea right outside the condo building. The small grocery store in the rather tired looking Centomar mall next door is very convenient for most all necessities including getting the Giro bus pass ticket and topping it up. It is a 12 minute walk up a gradual hill to the Forum shopping mall where the big Pingo Doce grocery store is situated. I would walk up and then use Bolt to taxi back with groceries at 4 euros. 「If I could give more that 5 stars I would, what a beautiful place to stay in a beautiful city, everything from start to finish was hassle free, the host was so good answering any questions I had but it’s the accommodation that needs more than 5 stars, the right location, everything you could need is here, I could not of wished for anything more, a truly fantastic place to stay and hopefully I will get the chance to head back soon」

「We are a self catering couple who like to cook at home, go out for good coffee and hike in nature. Fuchal gave us a great base for all of this. Lovely condo, the kitchen is functional with everything you need to cook at home, and when they renovate later this year that will be the final touch on this lovely condo.」

「The location is probably the only thing that is worth mentioning. The building is very old and everything is the department is poorly maintained. There a a few restaurants right underneath and you will be bathed with cooking smells pretty much 24x7 (we were on the 6th floor and can’t imaging how much worse on lower floors). Parking is ridiculous and you need a lot of help from your friends to get in and out. 」

「A fabulous location, and surprisingly quiet for being in the heart of the old town. Apartment 1 is at the top of the building with 2 steep staircases to navigate. But once up there it is airy and bright with everything you could need. No hanging space for clothes but lots of room to store items flat. Accommodating and quick response to messages with host. Excellent location! Had a wonderful stay. Ombrigada. 」
