The pool, outside patio and barbecue area was a luxury to us, even just to look out onto as it was sadly too chilly for most of our stay in November to make full use of the area. "The house was spotless and a good location to get on highway. It was near the airport and could hear planes landing and taking off but did not hear planes after 11 p m. The owner lives in lower level and was very nice but did not speak much English and I do not speak Portuguese so checking in was a little complicated. I liked the location it was not as busy as Funchal and overlooked the mountains. The island is spectacular and would definitely recommend a stay on this island. "

"Die Besitzer empfingen uns sehr freundlich. Die Villa ist sehr großzügig gebaut. Die Kombination von Ess- und Wohnzimmer ist sehr groß und bietet sehr viel Platz für viele Personen. Man kann einen Großteil der Fensterfront öffnen und hat ca. 6m Durchgang in den sehr schönen Garten. Der Ausblick ist herausragend.
