"The location of the hotel is perfect. Most places were within five to ten minutes walk distance. The staffs at the hotel were extremely kind and helpful, which made our stay at Arles even better."

Poor service, room not clean, low to useless WIFI, could not decently cook even the chicken breast in a Caesar salad (and lettuce must cost a fortune over there, as the leaves were about 12 or 13 total), you had to "book" the micro gym but ... it was closed for the lunch break ... they did not even bother to provide swimming pool's towels, "

"The Cacharel is like going back in time to a French ranch house. Staff is incredible- food is amazing. Gorgeous large pool (eat there!) rooms all have AC and are comfortable. Incredible location right by marshes with hundreds of flamingos and ample places to ride the iconic white horses. We had no idea how amazing this part of the world is. Would absolutely recommend if you want a wonderful once in a lifetime family adventure! We loved our stay (and added a night!) "
