The room, though small, was possibly the cleanest I've ever seen. The staff was friendly and helpful, the interior courtyard parking was a big plus and the premises are surprisingly quiet given the proximity to the freeway. I should mention that bathroom was awkwardly tiny but we made it work. All in all, definitely recommended.

The room was small and cozy. It's clear this hotel is not meant to be stayed in during the day and I can't imagine wanting to anyway because the town just outside the front door is so beautiful. The room is exactly what it needs to be: clean quiet and comfortable.

The room smelled weird. It was extremely small and uncomfortable. The bathroom was nearly impossible to use because the toilet was so close to the wall on all sides. I’m 4’11 and 129lbs and I could not fit in the bathroom to use the toilet. You have to sit sideways and between the sink. There was other seating provided but the bed and I like to have another option to sleep in if the bed is uncomfortable. So not having a sofa chair or big chair by the bed made it uncomfortable and impossible to sleep. The pillows were flat. I highly suggest staying elsewhere if possible. This place was a complete waste of my money.

Parking secure, very clean, very friendly staff. Didn’t have many extras like pool, gym, spa. Rooms a little small. But, the staff made up for it. Location was wonderful.

I was there for 3 days. I was charged an additional $25 per day for my little quiet dog (not included in cost as advertised on the website or on Expedia). Said it is for additional cleanup. Not only did my dog not make ANY mess and was never left in the room when I wasn't there, but housekeeping did not enter my room for any housekeeping at all. Never made my bed. I had to go ask for clean towels. We could hear EVERYTHING in the room above us. Squeaky floorboards, every footstep, dropped suitcase (I assume), yelling, and a squeaky bed! Not enough parking. The room was generally pretty clean, but no personality. Just ugly. Other than that, it was swell . . .

My experience at this property was extremely disappointing. I arranged a late check-in and was assured it would not be a problem, but the staff member arrived 20 minutes later than promised, offered no apology, and behaved in a dismissive and unprofessional manner. She said “she is not in a rush.” She raised her voice, inaccurately accused me of calling repeatedly, and even blocked my car while insisting on calling the manager before letting me to re-park my car. Beyond the customer-service issues, the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, and the walls were so thin that every sound carried, making rest difficult. Overall, this stay did not meet even basic hospitality standards.

This is an older facility but very well kept! Not an ounce of trash anywhere. I would definitely return. The bathrooms were very clean, the bedspread was clean and refreshing. Some older places feel old, this one did not. The little cafe next door was absolutely delicious and I would highly return. Our vacation was cancelled due to a family medical emergency. Our stay at Belle and the cafe was the only part we got to experience and I will say it leaves a sweet for me. I am so glad I took the chance on Belle with it's amazing prices! The location is great too.

Room was small and outdated. Was given dirty stained towels and an iron that had sticky stuff all over it. Probably won’t stay here ever again, the only thing that was great about the hotel was the manager he was nice and responded to me to resolve some things. He also let us check in with the baby when the system was down which was really nice. The hotel is not good if you are traveling with an infant who needs a bath or space to play, not very baby proof. Otherwise wasn’t really happy with the stay and the facility but we tried to spend the least time in the room as possible. The location where the hotel is has restaurants and bars but they are all very overpriced.

What an amazing place to stay. I’ve seen this Inn from time to time while in downtown Camarillo but have never stayed. From the minute I walked in & staff member Marc kindly gave me and my guest a short history brief about the Inn to the amazing room we stayed. Every detail was thought of : Placement of decor, toiletries, great views from the balcony, fireplace, beautiful lighting and of course a peaceful and safe slumber. We will definitely be back!!! Thank you for making our first time stay a memorable one.
