"The check in was complicated it took over 1hour to get inside the apartment. It was supposed to be 4 people and it was left 2 hand towels,the beds had missing pilow cases. Place is beautifully decorated, the hostes tried her best to accomodate. Some other guests complained about facial recognition app was not working properlly. For that part it caused a negative experience on the check in. "

On the same day I checked in, i texted Joao(property manager) and asked him if he could please bring me one extra roll of toilet paper and one extra towel.
